Steel Frame
The strength of our furniture is in the steel frame. Our frame provides strength and longevity. We guarantee the assembly to be of the finest quality, manufactured with attention to detail. We guarantee all our welds for five years after the date of purchase, under normal furniture use.
Paint
We guarantee that the paint has been applied in accordance with the Industry standards for Powder coating paint application. We follow the recommendations for metal preparation and finish coat application as recommended by the suppliers of the powder paint. Should any unforeseen failure occur on our product, during the normal use of furniture we will fix it. This guarantee applies up to One year from the purchase date on all indoor furniture.
Upholstery
The upholstery application is guaranteed for one year after purchase date. The fabric itself falls under the manufacturer warrantees. Based on wear factors that are particular to each fabric, any premature failure that does not meet these wear factors will have to be reviewed by the supplier of the fabric. Iron Furniture will act as your representative with the fabric supplier.
Fabrics being supplied to Iron Furniture Ltd for application on an order, are referred to as (COM). The parties involved in the selection of the (COM) would be responsible for how the fabric wears. COM fabrics are applied and covered under our Application Guarantee, however, the wear is the responsibility of the fabric supplier.
Swivel
If it is determined the swivel was assembled improperly, Iron Furniture will replace the swivel at no charge to the customer. The Swivel itself falls under the manufacturers warrantees. Should any unforeseen failure occur on the swivel during the normal use of furniture, a new replacement swivel will be sent to the customer at no charge up to One year from the purchase date.
Freight
Iron Furniture Ltd is not responsible for freight damage. Your product must be inspected upon delivery and any freight damages must be claimed from the carrier. The freight “Bill of Lading” must be marked with the Freight damages for any Freight Claim to be allowed.
Claims:
IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE the first step is to call our customer service staff @ 1-800-738-4894. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in processing a claim. Please be ready to provide your date of purchase.
Iron furniture will make every effort to complete repairs in a timely manner. Our production load and/or the availability of materials may affect this.
Iron Furniture Ltd. warranties extend only to the normal use of the product. All units returned for repair will be reviewed at Iron Furniture's discretion. If at any time we find a unit that is not covered under warranty due to misuse or damage, an estimate for repair will be made and the customer will be contacted for approval. If the customer chooses not to go forward with repairs, they will be required to pay for return shipping of the product.
Warranty Returns
We cannot accept returns made without our knowledge, and approval. Iron Furniture pays freight both ways for warranty issues, which is unique in the industry. Freight must be quoted and an authorized carrier selected prior to shipping any product to the factory. You must use the freight company that is stipulated on the Return Authorization.
Please follow the steps listed below if you have a claim:
You first must determine and properly identify:
1. The Product: All Iron Furniture chairs are identified with Invoice # and Date of Manufacture on the underside – please write down these numbers.
2. The Location of the Product: Include the contact, address, and telephone number.
3. The Dealer: Include dealer name and contact.
4. Most importantly, identify in a clear and concise manner what the specifics are regarding the claim.
Please package goods appropriately for transport. Where appropriate, warranty repairs may be determined by the condition of goods upon arrival.
